Linear friction guides by Accuride
5 Reviews :
/Accuride Friction Linear Guides.
Friction guides are cheaper than precision ball guides and are used in most applications.
The great advantage of Accuride slides is their sliding movement, they do not require lubrication. Thus, they can be used in harsh environmental conditions and in the presence of many types of liquids. Accuride linear guides are ultra light. They are characterized by a high permissible static load and high durability. Their simple design protects them against major failures.
Three options of carriages:
- Not regulated.
- With manual adjustment.
- With automatic adjustment
Accuride carriage have both manual and automatic adjustment. They can be adjusted in the Z and Y axis.
Connectors with automatic adjustment are set using an Allen key. The user has the option of adjusting the desired clearance or adjusting the tension appropriately for a specific application.
Accuride carriages are packed in packaging that protects them during transport and storage. Color coding was used to facilitate identification.
Advantages of carriages:
- Light aluminum track, 1m or 2m long, with pre-drilled mounting holes.
- Three types of harness to choose from: non-adjustable, with manual adjustment and with automatic adjustment.
- Low consumption during operation.
- No lubrication needed, no maintenance.
- Product resistant to dirt and dust, suitable for working in harsh environments.
- Carriages are quietly running, resistant to vibrations.
- The wipers are high pressure flushable and therefore corrosion resistant.
- Carriages can be used in any direction. They are designed so that wear occurs in both Y and Z axes.
- The rails can be joined together at the front to give an unlimited treadmill length.
