Special bearings (hybrid bearings) are highly resistant to corrosion, are made of various materials and are available in metric and inch sizes with diameters ranging from 3 to 30 mm (metric series) or from 0.125 "to 1.0" (bearing series in inch dimensions).

Hybrid bearings can be made of various materials, the most popular versions have balls and rings made of acetal resin (POM), nylon cages (PA66) and balls made of stainless steel (marking 316) or glass balls (marking GL).
Stainless plastic bearings made of other materials such as PTFE or PEEK are also available for applications with high corrosion risk and higher temperatures.

Plastic bearings in the standard version are designed for operation at low loads, low rotational speeds and operating temperatures below 90 ° C. PEEK and PTFE can be used at temperatures up to 260 ° C. As standard, these bearings are offered in an unsealed version, on request however, they can be delivered with a plastic seal. The tolerance of the rings for plastic bearings is +/- 0.05mm compared to steel ones.

Special orders: It is possible to order non-standard dimensions as long as the minimum order quantity is met.
