Deliveries
We make every effort to ensure that parcels are shipped from our warehouse as quickly as possible and delivered the next day, and the shipping cost as low as possible. To achieve this goal, we cooperate with many shipping companies, and our warehouse is open until 6.00 p.m. every day. For your convenience we offer express shipments with a guaranteed delivery time, rail and air shipments. Below we present the details of the deliveries of goods in our company.
FREE DELIVERY: (DOMESTIC DELIVERY ONLY)
If the order value exceeds PLN 500 (net amount after the discount), the goods are delivered at the cost of Albeco.
NOTE:
Free shipping is only valid for shipments in Poland with standard dimensions, it does not include rollers and long linear elements and parcels weighing more than 30 kg. It also does not apply to charges for additional services, e.g. cash on delivery, delivery on Saturday and others.
Packaging details
DOMESTIC DELIVERY:
We cooperate with many shipping companies and the possibility of choosing the delivery by the customer. In some cases, we reserve the right to choose the delivery company ourselves, these are cases when the Customer is entitled to free delivery, and also when the products in the delivery have non-standard dimensions.
Our main freight forwarder is DHL. We encourage you to choose this company also in the case of shipment at the recipient's expense.

TRANSPORT ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER
ATTENTION! The costs are charged only in case of transport carried out by the customer by ordering the collection of the delivery by their courier company.
Extra 2 EUR - standard orders, eg bearings, seals, etc. are packed in an outer carton.
Extra 10 EUR - order prepared on a pallet.
- Standard orders (e.g. bearings, housings, belts) may weigh more than 30 kg.
- For shafts, guides, screws, etc., the order must not exceed 30 kg, the products shall not exceed 4 m.
- Single rails up to 4 m long and weighing up to 30 kg are packed in a cardboard tube.
- The order weighs more than 30 kg.
- The products are longer or equal to 4m.
DETAIL ABOUT PACKING:
In some cases, it is necessary to pack the goods in more packages (e.g. rollers + bearings). In this case, shipping charges may be multiplied.Special cases requiring multiple packages:
1. LUBRICANTS
- Lubricants in packages above 1 kg (buckets) cannot be combined with other assortment due to the possibility of damaging the package with the lubricant. The small adhesives and lubricants may be combined with other goods in the shipment.
- All lubricants and adhesives purchased in quantities above about 20 items can be shipped in several packages due to the large volume.
2. LINE ELEMENTS
- About 4 pcs of guides / shaft up to 100 cm in length can be combined with a small amount of other assortment. In other cases, the line elements are packed in a separate package.
- Rollers, guides up to 2.5 meters long - we send via DPD, Elements longer than 2.5 m are subject to individual pricing.
3. STRIPES
- Multiple strips ordered at one time require consultation regarding packaging due to the large volume, similarly if strips and other assortments are combined in one order.
4. BIG SIZES
- All products with a diameter exceeding 80 cm which do not fit on a 0.8 x 1.2 pallet require individual pricing.
