A series of recirculating ball guides and carriages designed for applications where precision guides are too expensive and too stiff. It is an ideal solution for applications where there is a need to take into account limited building conditions. The nominal capacity is specified at a maximum of 120 kg depending on the orientation and number of trolleys used. Aluminum rails are supplied in lengths up to 2.4m with the option of cutting to the required length and drilling mounting holes. Individual rail segments can be freely combined with each other.
Carriages and end stops are available separately. Stainless steel ball carriage versions offer maximum load capacity, while polymer ball versions require no lubrication, ensuring clean and maintenance-free operation and quiet, smooth movement.
Guides for door covers can be used in a horizontal or vertical position. They have a wide range of applications, e.g. in industrial automation devices, sliding doors, movable screens as well as protective covers and control panels.
