Cross needle roller and cage assemblies are a basket with one or two rows of needles. Among the needle roller bearings, they ensure the smallest cross-section of the node with high load capacity, they cooperate directly with the elements of the device, which requires maintaining appropriate tolerances of the outer and inner raceways as well as their hardness and accuracy of shape and position.
Needle roller thrust assemblies are needle roller bearings, similar in structure to cylindrical roller bearings of the 811 ..., 812 ... series, etc., the difference is the use of needles as a rolling element. The assemblies exist independently and cooperate with the properly made parts of the device or with special rings.
The selection of rings depends on the design assumptions, the required load transfer parameters and the amount of space allocated for the bearing arrangement.
