HepcoMotion's V-Guide Technology takes its name from the V-shape used in the design of the guides and bearings. It includes the various mechanical features that characterize each HepcoMotion product, such as: automatic cleaning, low maintenance, high speeds, long system life and perfect fit of the components.

• GFX - Hepco Guiding System for Beckhoff XTS Elements

  The HepcoMotion GFX transport system uses linear servo motor technology from Beckhoff Automation to drive and control the position of movers moving on a track of virtually any geometry.

• HDRT Heavy-duty curved guide systems

  HDRT is a curved guidance system designed for applications whose main task is to transfer high loads in a heavy and polluted working environment. The components of this system are often used as tool transport systems in machining centers and automated systems, or as guides for rotary tables. Thanks to the HepcoMotion technology, the maintenance of the systems is limited to the necessary minimum, making them a great alternative to traditional slewing bearings for maintenance departments.

• DTS/DTS+ - guide systems with belt drive

  The DTS/DTS+ inter-station transport systems are complete solutions using curved guides and straight PRT2 guides equipped with a belt drive. Depending on the needs of the customer's application, the systems can be produced in an oval or rectangular shape. DTS/DTS+ systems have various applications, the most popular of which is the use of them as an inter-station system of automated production lines.

• PRT2 Precise guiding system<

  One of the most popular product series from HepcoMotion is PRT2, i.e. a system of guides and trolleys enabling transport between individual production cells on oval, rectangular or S-shaped traction. In addition to ready-made sliding systems, customers are also able to adapt to their applications: single curved sections, 360-degree ring-shaped guides with milled modular teeth and  rolled double-edged „V” guides for large diameters. In the PRT2 product range, the only limit is the customer's imagination.

  DualVee® Bishop Wisecarver is a cost-effective solution available in a variety of sizes to suit most possible applications. The single-edge guide system is effective in applications where movement on two parallel rails of considerable length is required. This arrangement is widely used to slide machine tool cover doors.
