CLEANING SYSTEM DEVELOPED BY CRC:
CRC’s SmartWasher® units are a bioremediation-based parts washing system designed for the safe cleaning of dirty equipment parts during repairs and maintenance. The system consists of three core components – the SmartWasher® parts washer, OzzyJuice® cleaning fluid, and the OzzyMat® mat, which contains a proprietary blend of microorganisms.
The SmartWasher® heats and circulates the OzzyJuice® fluid, which, in turn, cleans the parts. The OzzyMat® mat releases microorganisms into the cleaning fluid that break down and consume oil, grease, and carbon-based contaminants, creating a self-cleaning system that generates no hazardous waste.
