What is the CRC SmartWasher® parts washer?

How does the SmartWasher® workshop washer work?

The method of operation used in the SmartWasher CRC is to use microorganisms to break down contaminants. The same biotechnological technique is used in the process of cleaning water tanks in industrial plants and oil refineries.

The most important element of the SmartWasher® is the OzzyMat® mat, which contains a proprietary blend of microorganisms that capture dirt particles larger than 50 microns. The mat itself can be thrown away and easily replaced - one mat lasts for 30 days of use.

Another essential component of the SmartWasher® washing system is the OzzyJuice® cleaning fluid. This pH-neutral aqueous solution is non-irritating, non-flammable and harmless. OzzyJuice® has excellent cleaning properties, equaling or exceeding the performance of high-quality solvents. Activated upon contact with the OzzyJuice® fluid, the microorganisms literally eat away at oil, grease and dirt, transforming them into harmless byproducts - carbon dioxide and water. Thanks to this process, OzzyJuice® liquid is cleaned by microorganisms, remaining ready for repeated use.

Mobile parts washer - workshop washer SW-23 - a large sink and full mobility make this washer an excellent all-round tool. Equipped with a curved brush with a long hose, the washer allows you to reach hard-to-reach places. The entire washer is mounted on a trolley with a step that makes it easier to move around with the device.
